Getting Started
It is preferable that you get python with it's scientific libraries installed on your home computer. You will find some help for the installation on our python page. You will also find there some material and links on python for scientific computing.
Projects
The course will have three projects corresponding to the three chapters of the course. The projects should be worked out in groups by at most four students. The tasks will be published on this page.
Before you start with the projects you have to get familar with the Python module ASSIMULO, which was written for this course. You might want to consult the Assimulo's tutorial page. Install Assimulo on your computer following the instructions on Assimulo's installation page.
