I am sorry to inform you that I made a few typos when copying the formulas to my Latex file. These have already been corrected in the uploaded pdf file.

  • In equation (2.1b): where it says P1 it should say Pi
  • In equation (2.3c): where it says -4(XT2 it should say -(XT2
  • In equation (2.4a): where it says +YP1 it should say -YP1
  • In equation (2.4e): where it says 4(XT2 - XP2) it should say (XT2 - XP2)

There was also a mistake in the original paper.

  • In the triangle of fig. 2.1: where it says T2i it should say Ti
