A call to dat2tp with second parameter h>0 does not work unless the
mexfile findrfc.c is compiled. Rainflow filtering should be done by
the routine dat2dtp which does not require the mex-file,
but only the special filtering routine rfcfilter.m. Alternatively,
rfcfilter.m may be used.

Any call to findrfc will result in an empty matrix and a warning.
