XIBOR or IBOR is a generic notation for LIBOR-like contracts throughout different countries all over the world. See extensive but not complete list below.

2) LIBOR is also used for US(EURODOLLAR) and Canadian dollars as well as Swiss francs as a benchmark rate.
3) Will probably replace CHIBOR as the Chinese benchmark rate.
