Matlab files

The programs and data files needed for the course are available below.

On the EFD computer network, run initmstat at the prompt before starting Matlab, and then run fmsn20 to set the Matlab path to access the files.

On the computer system of the Centre for Mathematical Sciences, run addpath('/usr/common/matlabtools/fmsn20masm25'), and then fmsn20path to access the files.

The program files (exluding the large data files) can be downloaded in zip-format: fmsn20m_20111010_1010.zip

Individual files can also be downloaded from matlab/, use the Contents.m file to find specific files.

Note that some data is password protected. Username and password can be obtained from the course administrator.
