Öresund Symposium on Optimization Methods

November 12, 2002

at Lund Institute of Technology

Introduction

A mini symposium on optimization methods will be held at

Lecture Hall MH:C
Centre for Mathematical Sciences
Sölvegatan 18, Lund

The purpose of the symposium is to present work related to engineering optimization, and to discuss the possibilities of a cooperation between universities in the Öresund region regarding research and education in optimization related topics.

Presentations will be given from both McMaster University in Ontario, Canada, Lund Institute of Technology (LTH), and Technical University of Denmark (DTU).

Talks will be given by

McMaster University, Ontario, Canada

Professor, Dr. John W. Bandler. Read his biography here.
